The valley slopes form a natural divide of the development into two parts, or stages. Thanks to different orientation of the slopes and general outlooks, each stage will offer different concepts of living, however, always with emphasis on high functionality, represented namely by an elaborate design of apartment interior layout, and maximum interconnection between the apartment interior and surrounding greenery. Construction of the first stage is already finished with proper commissioning; the construction of the second stage will follow.
