Company, a member of Lighthouse Group, a development specialist, when considering the new development project paid maximum attention to how to offer to those interested in family housing a genuine architectonic and functional alternative to the current offer of housing solutions.

When designing the Green City Residential Project at the Jarov site, we let the very genius loci inspire us. The place, found at the foot of the Třešňovka Hill, provides a calm oasis off the noise and rush of the metropolis, and allows for a natural composition of the residential buildings and surface roads in the sloping valley so that these can become a part of the surrounding green areas. It is as if this place has always been predetermined for creating a residential project unmatched in quality.

We believe that apart from carefully planned layout and excellent workmanship quality, modern living is supposed to offer namely good accessibility and sufficient social amenities nearby. As mentioned and showed in the other tabs, the site is located twenty minutes of a tram ride from Wenceslas Square and in immediate vicinity of shops and services.

Another expected change is completion of the Koněvova, Spojovací, and Českobrodská Road Intersection, a part of which, i.e. the link of Spojovací and Českobrodská Roads will be taken into a tunnel below the existing ground surface within the frame of city ring road development. Within the frame of this construction, which is financed by the Capital City of Prague, more efficient traffic will be achieved in the adjacent area, and surface traffic at this intersection will be relieved.
